    In Cambodia, the formal structure of legal profession dates from French 1932 administration period. In its early days, the French provided basic training in Law and representation: Practitioners had neither stamp or gown, their training designed to help the poor and underprivileged.
    Today, Cambodia has a Bar Associate, defined professional standards, infrastructure and oversight processes.
